I've been playing chess on this same computer for years now, and I've always had around 120 fps when playing live, but just a few weeks ago I started getting this terrible frame lag where I get like 1 or 2 fps whenever I try to make a move, and it makes playing bullet and blitz completely impossible. I haven't downloaded any sorts of viruses or even any new software.
My graphics card and processing is fine, as I can play skyrim and other demanding games at a constant 60 fps. Was just wondering why this was. I've already went into task manager and set the browser at a higher priority, I've updated java, and adobe flashplayer (I'm pretty sure this was unnecessary, but I thought I'd give it a try).
